Last Updated: October 27th 2022★ By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to my terms of service and use listed below., unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process.
If you break any of the terms, you are liable to be banned from future sales and even lose the right of use to purchased art and character designs without refund. ★★ Completed commissions are not refundable.★ Do not claim my artwork as your own. Do not trace or heavily reference my work and claim that as your own.★ Purchasing artwork from me does not give you the right to resell the artwork. The exception is if you are selling a character that includes artwork by me and you do not sell my art for profit (i.e. more than you paid for it) nor claim the art is created by you. If my artwork is included in a character bundle sale, make sure I am properly credited (see below). If you resell a character I have designed, you must link the buyer to my Terms of Service so they are aware of what rights to the character and artwork they are entitled to.★ You must credit me if you repost any art I have created. To credit me, simply link my username from any of my social media where I post my art, put my username @ site, or link my carrd.★ I reserve the right to deny a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable or I feel I am not able to provide a quality work of it.★ I, the artist, retain the right to post the work to any social media, art site, or stream service such as Picarto and Youtube. Recordings and WIP posts may include any reference images you have given me.★ You may not resell artwork created by me for profit. You may not use it commercially. You may not use it for promotion of a commercial project unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage. Currently I do not accept such commissions.★ You may use my sketch and line art commissions to practice your lines and coloring when credit is given and we have agreed on this usage.★ You may not remove my signature from artwork I have created. (My signature being cropped out for icon usage does not count towards this.)★ Layered or .PSD files will not be given; finished work will be sent as .PNG files (or .GIF if an animated piece).★ I will not start a commission until I have references for the piece from you unless you want a fan art piece with characters I'm familiar with and you do not have a preference for the content.★ Commissions must be paid in full before I can start.★ Full size un-watermarked files will only be sent to the buyer after I have received the full payment and have finished the piece. Only watermarked or low quality screenshots will be sent over for approval if either of the above conditions are unmet.★ Extra may be charged for any changes to the concept agreed on after I have received payment.★ If you are not satisfied with the piece I will not give refunds or redo the piece. However if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed to and you would like me to add them in, I will do my best to do so.★ Should there be any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to with a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.★ Confirmation on concepts and approval to continue will be taken from the individual who has inquired about and confirmed the commission. If any other parties are involved in approving the commission it should be conveyed through this individual.★ If you need the piece finished by a specific date, you must let me know before payment and before I begin work on it. If you do not specify the time frame you want the artwork to be finished within, then there is not one. I will finish it to the best of my ability as soon as possible, and this may mean several months.★ Please note I am mentally ill, disabled, autistic, low income, and currently live in an abusive environment. I mentally and physically can not be constantly working on art, and technical difficulties as well as health concerns are not uncommon for me. I will never completely drop your commission without speaking to you. I apologize for any inconveniences time-wise, but please keep in mind much of it is out of my control.

★ As I use different brushes for my lineart, tell me if you have a preference. Otherwise I will choose.
★ Each additional character is +½ the original price. Multiple characters if not interacting will be counted as separate commissions and will be full price.
★ Simple backgrounds (such as shapes, solid color, or simple gradient) are free with any color commission.
★ Detailed backgrounds, such as a character interacting with their environment, cost extra and price must be negotiated.
★ Sketches do not come with progress screenshots.What I will draw:

Basically do not commission me to draw romantic and/or sexual art of real people you do not personally know or who you are aware would be uncomfortable with it.What I won’t draw:

-bestiality

★ I only accept payment through PayPal, deviantART commission widget, Commiss.io, and Ko-Fi in USD currency.
★ You must pay me before I begin working on your commission. Do not send payment before I accept your request.
★ If you decide you want a refund before your commission is complete, if it isn’t too far along and the method you paid through allows it, I will refund you. Just be aware that most platforms take out a service fee which I will not reimburse you for.
★ I do not give refunds once an artwork is complete or near completion unless something happens on my end out of my control.
★ Upon request, previews can usually be given as I work. When I'm able to, I livestream at picarto.Other information:
★ I will send you the file through your email or social media, please let me know if you have a preference.
★ Commissions will most likely be uploaded to my own social media.
★ I’d be happy to fix minor mistakes (ex: missing some color in one area, prefer lineart to be colored) for free!
★ References are required unless you want a work of a character I’m familiar with. If you want a specific outfit, pose, or body type, you need to clarify that. Otherwise I will decide such things myself.
★ Descriptions are helpful but pictures are preferred. Even if it's not a very detailed or clean drawing, any picture for an original character is better than none.
★ Depending on the complexity of the work and my health, it can take a a month or more to finish. Sometimes it takes only a few days. It just depends. If you need it by a certain time, let me know beforehand. I will give you an estimate during the setup process of how long your specific piece will take.My favorite things to draw:

Adopts / Adoptables / Character Designs
Last Updated: November 8th 2023By purchasing an adopt (i.e. character design and accompanying artwork) from me, you acknowledge and agree to both the terms of service for my commissions regarding the usage of my artwork as well as the terms of service applicable to adoptables only. Relevant info is fully displayed below.★ Purchased adopts are not refundable after you have been given the un-watermarked artwork.☆ Unless otherwise stated, pre-claims are also not refundable.★ You must credit me if you repost any art I have created, including designs on base. To credit me, simply link my username from any of my social media where I post my art, put my username @ site, or link my carrd. My username on most platforms is "dreamiehaze", on tumblr it is "rabbitdoll", and on furaffinity it is "angelbuni". I deeply prefer my work not be posted to Pinterest.☆ I, the artist, retain the right to post the work to any social media, art site, or stream service such as Picarto and Youtube.★ You may not remove my signature from artwork/designs I have created. (My signature being cropped out for icon usage does not count towards this.)☆ By purchasing an adopt from me, you are entitled to use the character design in any law-abiding way you please with the exception of selling for profit, commercial use, hate speech, or claiming as your own design.★ If you utilize or create association with a design I've made for NFTs, racism, antisemitism, xenophobia, queerphobia, pedophilia, and/or similar hateful/toxic behaviors, I reserve the right to revoke my design and its usage rights from you without compensation and ban you from all future sales, as well as blacklist you publically. NFT usage will result in my taking every actionable method to report theft.☆ Your purchased adopt can be any gender, age, personality, etc. It is all completely up to you!★ If you want to use the character design for a Vtuber, you must discuss that with me before purchase, as this will cost additional for the rights of potentially making a profit.★ If you want to purchase the commercial use rights of a character design from me, this must be discussed before purchasing the adopt. Typically this will cost an additional $100 or higher.☆ Purchasing the commercial use rights of a character design does not give you the commercial use rights to my specific artwork of the character.★ If you resell a character I have designed, you must link the buyer to my Terms of Service so they are aware of what rights to the character and artwork they are entitled.☆ Full size, un-watermarked files of adopts will only be sent to the buyer after I have received the full payment.★ Purchased adoptables may not be resold for profit (i.e. sold for a greater amount of money than the original price you paid for); if you have additional art for the character then you can only add the cost of what the additional art cost^). Reselling to make a profit will result in a ban from future sales. If you resell the design, please inform me of the new owner. If you have purchased an adopt from me, you may gift or trade the adopt. Please message me who the new owner is so I don't think they're stealing from you. If you have a Toyhouse and transfer ownership there, then you do not need to DM me.^Example: You purchase a design from me for $50. You commission artwork for $100. You can then resell the design with the commissioned artwork for $150 or less, not more. If the artwork included was drawn by you rather than purchased, you may add price based on the monetary value you price your own work at. Basically be fair and don't aim to profit.☆ Only the owner of the adoptable and people given permission by the owner are allowed to use the adoptable.★ Do not claim adopts I have made as designs you have made.☆ Do not trace / copy / steal any of my art. You may only use an adoptable's art if you purchased the adoptable.☆ By purchasing a design from me, you acknowledge and accept that I may create similar designs. I do not create exact copies of previous designs, but I tend to utilize certain aesthetics and prompts repeatedly because I like them.★ I encourage you not to post your adoptable completely un-watermarked because people love to steal and resell adopts, but you won't be in trouble from me if you don't.★ It is your responsibility to have the image of your adoptable saved after I send it to you; I am not liable for refunding or redrawing anything for you if you lose your adoptable artwork. That said, I tend to still have the files, so if you do lose them, ask politely, and if I can I will re-send you the art, no problem.☆ You are not at risk of losing your adoptable due to lack of drawing them or inactivity.★ Adoptions are first come first serve in regards to holds or claims.☆ If I did not state trades are acceptable for the adopt, please do not ask.★ If you ever draw an adoptable I made or commission them from someone, feel free to @ me, because I would love to see! ♡
Bases
★ You can NOT resell purchased bases. Do not repost the base files or share them with anyone.
★ You can use them for adoptables (free, money, deviantART points, Amino coins).
★ You can use them for personal characters.
★ Please do not use for commissions.
★ You can use for YCH only if you heavily edit the base; base credit still required.
★ Sold items are not returnable or refundable.
★ Do not claim as your original design, this will result in a ban from future sales and I will be sure to correct anyone I can about it.
★ Please leave the tiny signature on any finished art you make with the base unless heavily edited, so long as credit is given in art description/caption.
★ NFTs are not allowed and will be considered theft. This will result in a ban from all sales and publically blacklisted.
Payment
★ You will have 48 hours (2 days) starting from the moment of reservation to send payment, unless there is a pre-claim.
★ If pre-claimed, the pre-claim amount will go towards the full purchase amount. The remaining purchase amount will be asked for once the adoptable file (a .png) is ready to be sent to the buyer.
★ After remaining payment is received, the buyer will receive the full size un-watermarked .png file(s) of the adopt.
★ Money payment is done by noting me your Paypal-associated email, via Commiss.io, or via Ko-Fi unless I state otherwise within the description/caption of the adoptable post.
★ If you do not pay within the set time, you must contact me or the adopt will go back up for sale.
★ If you consistently do not pay on time, you will be banned from my adopts.
★ In the case of pre-claimed adopts, you will not be refunded the pre-claim fee if you decide you no longer want the adopt once it is finished.
